I believe there are as many definitions of success as there are people on Earth. Yet as a society we have bought into an oftentimes skewed and singular definition of what it means to be successful.
I believe in reframing this for ourselves. In making life an enjoyable pursuit for a new definition; one which allows us to foster the multidisciplinarity of the human experience and encourages constant trial and error, iterating and learning.
Throughout my 14 years of work experience and life across 10 different countries, I’ve had the great fortune of making life friends, finding career and life mentors, and being exposed to countless worldviews that have enriched and expanded my own, in ways I could have not foreseen.
And that is precisely what I value today: a diverse and multicultural environment that challenges my worldview and keeps me in constant evolution. Today, I believe in chasing balance across the different facets of life, in developing our potential in the spiritual and earthly realms, in cutivating our creative abilities while strengthening the analytical brain, and in aiming for a healthy mind just as much as a healthy body.

wim hof method
After experiencing first-hand the benefits of the WHM for reaching undivided focus and strengthening mind-body connection, I became an instant promoter and practitioner. In 2019 I included it as part of my startup’s ‘menu’ for optimising our member’s potential; and in 2020 I underwent a full certification program to become an instructor of Wim’s Academy.
volunteering
“Consultants against COVID” is an initiative born during the first half of 2020. During this time, I had the honor and privilege of joining PEAS on a pro bono basis and supporting their mission to provide children with access to high quality secondary education, through their 32 schools in Uganda and Zambia, and their continued work across the continent.

Competitive sports are an integral part of my life. Having had the honor of representing Colombia in several international squash competitions as a young kid, I learned early on how the teachings from competitive sports trickle into everyday life. Teamwork, discipline, commitment, having fun in stressful situations, and learning from both defeat and victories.
